We had an insurance roof replacement (wind and hail damage) and they made working with insurance and approvals very easy and had much better (higher wind rating, warranty, and shingle/materials quality) as a standard than other roofers we looked at. Great company to work with. They have done most of the damaged roof replacements in our large neighborhood after bad storms came through our area, so word of mouth with neighbors made this an easy choice and one that worked out well for us. read less

I did raise the rating of the quality of the work completed as I said before that it is a very beautiful roof. Also, an increase in the value for the money but I cannot change the customer service as the **damage** has already been done. Also, Nicole finally provided me my warranty information, so I am all set on the roof work and happy about that. I have still lost trust for the company. This was an insurance claim, and they do not respond, except for insurance. They have accused me of lying, laughed at me and told the insurance company they know who I am It took 4 months to get an invoice, they lied about there actually being paper under the shingles, charged me upgraded shingles that finally stated on an invoice. I have been waiting since February 11th for my registration and neither myself nor the insurance company can get this warranty. Why is that? A very dishonest company that I would no way recommend no matter how nice your roof may be. read less
